JoAnna Pope serves as Artist Services & Advancement at Ecce Arts, where she supports artist engagement, project coordination, organizational development, and strategic initiatives across the organization's artistic and operational activities. Working closely with artists, collaborators, donors, and institutional partners, she helps cultivate the relationships and resources that enable Ecce's creative projects and community-focused programming.
A classically trained mezzo-soprano, JoAnna brings firsthand experience as a performing artist to her work, having built a career that spans both the stage and arts administration. Her background as a professional singer informs her artist-centered approach, providing a deep understanding of the opportunities, challenges, and logistical realities artists encounter throughout their careers.
In addition to her performance experience, JoAnna has worked extensively in artist services, booking management, and project administration. She has supported musicians, composers, conductors, and arts organizations through artist contracting, scheduling, travel coordination, communications, and stakeholder engagement, helping guide artistic projects from early planning through successful presentation. Her work is grounded in a commitment to thoughtful relationship-building and creating systems that allow artists and organizations to flourish.
